The down payment of 10% of the reservation price has to be paid directly after booking to ensure the reservation. The rest payment has to be realized at the latest one month before arrival. Up to this point of time the reservation can be cancelled without any charges. However, we have to point out that the down payment cannot be refunded. In case the reservation will be cancelled within the month before arrival the payment made cannot be reimbursed. We ask for your comprehension.
